Portugal Street is situated in Holborn in Central London that borders the City of Westminster, London Borough of Camden and the City of London. It's where the Peacock Theater of London School of Economics and Political Science is located. The nearest train station in Portugal Street is the Holborn Tube Station, an underground station located at the junction of High Holborn and Kingsway.

Holborn became a site for new offices and hotels including Pearl Assurance building, The Waldorf Hilton and Kingsway Hall Hotel.
